We had the privilege and honour of jointly sponsoring the inaugural Oxford Major Programme Conference on December 7th.
The speakers, panellists, and academics hosting the breakout sessions were engaging as they candidly discussed their major programme thoughts, challenges, successes, and lessons learned. It was an amazing opportunity to listen to and discuss with major programme management scholars and practitioners what it takes to Just Get Things Done
